WEDDINGS & LARGE EVENTS
Designed around your event.
Weddings, corporate receptions and larger celebrations may require additional bartenders, barbacks, multiple bar stations and customized logistics. Tell us about your guest count, venue and vision, and we'll build the right service around it.
Hudson & Stir Mobile Bar operates as a dry-hire bar service — alcohol is provided by the client, and we help guide quantities and selections.
Starting prices apply to standard events of up to 40 guests and up to 4 hours of active bar service. Setup and breakdown are completed outside the service window. Additional guests, service time, staffing, travel, tolls, paid parking, and specialty requests are quoted separately. The client purchases and provides all alcohol. Applicable sales tax is added based on the event location. Gratuity is not included.
